Mark Turner is an ACTAR-accredited collision reconstructionist, having assisted in or directly reconstructed over 900 collisions. During his 25-year law enforcement career as a trooper with the South Carolina Highway Patrol, Mark investigated both crime scenes and motor vehicle collisions. He was assigned to the Multi-Disciplinary Accident Investigation Team (MAIT) in September 2009, where his focus was solely on the reconstruction of major collisions.
