At the LEAD Program we have four social workers on staff who can provide comprehensive and individualized assessments to defendants. Through these assessments we can provide expertise on outside services and referrals to meet the needs of the clients we serve. Our program demonstrates a holistic and optimistic approach to defendants. We believe in looking at the underlying circumstances that contribute to the client’s contact with the criminal justice system. Our program takes pride in leading a client to a successful future to prevent reincarceration and decrease recidivism in Erie County.
