Description of Service:   Provides long-term care for persons receiving outpatient treatment following inpatient rehabilitation or for persons receiving intensive outpatient care as an alternative to inpatient care. A community residence  provides additional structured living to maintain recovery. Concurrent outpatient care necessary with in-house staff and peer supports to facilitate adjustment to community living. Upon discharge, clients may be transferred to supportive or independent living.

Description of Service: Provides Services to adolescents and adults who are experiencing problems with drug/alcohol abuse. Individual and group counseling available to Spanish speaking people. Offers Concerned Persons Program for significant others of alcoholic persons to address their special needs, options and plans for living.  Supportive group environment with other peers struggling with similar problems.  We now have a specialized Criminal Justice Program.

Judicial Stage: Post-disposition, reentry and continuous service. Serving all courts. Eligibility/target offenses, felony, misdemeanor and probation/parole violations.  Restricted to men and women 18 and older.

Description of Service:  Client must be chronic, not in need of detoxification, free from active significant psychiatric illness and ambulatory. 24 hour/day structured therapeutic environment with counseling and medical support to assist clients in becoming free  from dependence on alcohol and other drugs. Intent to stabilize client/provide linkage to outpatient/rehab/residential services. Special program with cultural context for Spanish speaking clients.

Description of Service: For highly motivated women who MUST DEMONSTRATE A WILLINGNESS TO REHABILITATE and participate in the program. GED prep and parenting in-house, all other referrals through network at counseling center.  Overt commitment to family reunification. Children can visit on weekends. Future  program to include direct child participation.

Description of Service:  Provides individual and group counseling, peer support groups, 12-step self-help groups, various levels of education instruction such as Cocaine Urge Management and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, socialization skills and preparation for education/vocational goals. Must participate in outpatient counseling. Option of entering Supportive Living program upon completion if needed.

Description of Service: Supportive drug-free recovery environment for clients who need structure to remain abstinent and learn recovery skills. Description of Service:  For medical emergency care related to chemical dependency,  Emergency Room-12 bed maximum. Rehabilitation-20 bed maximum/28 day residential program for clients at risk of relapse/in need of inpatient structured, supportive environment. Detoxification-30 bed maximum, 3-7 days, ensures safety and well-being of patients experiencing withdrawal syndrome or other ailments resulting from drug abuse. Substance Intervention Unity-20 bed, 10-12 days inpatient detoxification for drug and alcohol dependency. Family programs.

Length of Participation: Detox 3-7 days, Rehab up to 28 days.

The overall goal of treatment is the establishment and maintenance of abstinence from mood altering substances.

Description of Service: Services are structured to offer individual treatment goals for each client by reducing symptoms of mental illness, promoting a crime free lifestyle, and assisting clients toward becoming productive members of the community.  Provides intensive outpatient counseling to the mentally ill offender released or eligible for release from legal, penal or mental hygiene systems. Face-to-face interviews conducted prior to release from NYS or EC Correctional or  psychiatric facilities.  Lifestyle and post incarceration adjustment to sober living.

Length of Participation: Individualized based on substances, pattern of use and progress in treatment.
