Primary Service Provided: Defender based advocacy & drug/alcohol treatment.

Type of Service: Case management, workshop/group. In-house services, alcohol/drug individual and family counseling.   

Judicial Stage: All.  Serving all courts.  Eligibility/target offense, felony, misdemeanor and probation/parole violations.

Description of Service: Provides services to adolescents and adults who are experiencing problems with drug/alcohol abuse.  Individual and group counseling available to Spanish speaking people.  Offers Concerned Persons Program for significant others of alcoholic persons to address their special needs, options and plans for living.  Supportive group environmental with other peers struggling with similar problems.  We now have a specialized Criminal Justice Program.

Length of Participation: 2 months-1 year

Primary Service Provided: Inpatient rehabilitation program for adolescent boys and girls.

Type of Service: Treatment for chemically dependent adolescents.

Judicial Stage: Post-disposition and continuous service.  Serving all courts except U.S. Courts. Eligibility/target offense felony, misdemeanor and probation/parole violations. Restrictions, male and female adolescents 12-18 and their families.

Description of Services:  Specialized programming to meet the needs of individuals. Includes counseling, medical, education and recreational activities. Treatment of family members is an integral part of the program. The goal of the program is to educate, treat and assist in restoring chemically dependent adolescents to a drug-free lifestyle while fostering a sense of self worth and responsibility in each individual.

Description of Service: Recovery accomplished through multidisciplinary approach to individualized treatment plans, including medical management, individual/group counseling, didactic/experiential education, resocialization techniques, role play and 12-step. Focus and abstinence from mood-altering chemicals, understanding internal changes in client's life. Continuum of care includes assessment, medical detoxification, inpatient/outpatient/aftercare services.  Medicaid/private insurance.

Primary Service: Drug/Alcohol treatment, education intensive supervision, in addition to residential, drug/alcohol, individual counseling, employment search, family counseling, living and job training skills, and religious activities. 

Judicial Stage: Post-disposition.  Serving all courts except Family court.  Eligibility/target offense, felony, misdemeanor and probation/ parole violations. Restricted to males age 18 and over.

Description of Service: Residential Christian ministry for men with problems of drug abuse, and/or trouble with the law. 2-part program: 1) 3-4 month induction learning discipline-bible study, work, daily schedule, 2) 8 month vocational training at 220 acre farm in Rehrersburg, PA, teaching geared toward the meaning of a fulfilled, productive life, includes cooperation with local schools for high school diploma/GED.

Description of Service: Assessment, individualized treatment plans. Intensive Rehabilitation Intervention Services (IRIS) is 4 hour/day/6 day/week program for intensive stabilization to become and remain drug-free, day and evening schedules. Family Services Program treats alcoholism as a family illness, includes co-dependent evaluations, children's and parent's groups, couples and adolescent counseling. Child Care Recovery and Learning Center for children 4-17. Chronic Relapse Program.

Adolescent evaluation and treatment.

Judicial Stage: Pre-disposition and continuous service, serving City and Family court. Eligibility/target offense, felony and misdemeanor. Restricted to hispanic youth.

Description of Service: Holistic approach to services, bilingual personnel (Spanish/English). Youth development workshops, advocacy, counseling, guidance, translation and interpretation. Focus on enhancing, empowering and educating clients to draw from their personal resources in order to resolve their problems, concerns and needs. Goal is to help people help themselves.  Assistance usually lasts for 4 workshops, can be ongoing.

Description of Service: Pre-admission comprehensive assessment links client with appropriate program, can occur at  office/home/institution. Child and adult mental health, family counseling, psychiatric treatment, individual/group counseling, chemical dependency assessments and treatment. Groups on parenting, self-esteem, living with a physical and/or mental illness, anger management and women's issues. Medication evaluation. Medicare/Medicaid/private/sliding fee.
